Connect design and process
Reflow, bonding, tip forming, marker placement and component alignment impose constraints on the design. Reviewing them early reduces late redesign and unstable workarounds.
Define a practical process window
Nominal settings are not enough. Teams need ranges, critical inputs, material controls, tooling condition checks and observable outputs that explain when the process is drifting.
Prepare for controlled transfer
Transfer packages should make the build reproducible: drawings, bills of material, work instructions, fixtures, inspection methods, acceptance criteria, training and traceability.

Share a non-confidential summary of the application, development stage, current architecture and most important uncertainty. From there, the appropriate review, analysis or training scope can be identified.
